RESTORE • HEAL • HOPE
Big Cedar Ranch
Christ-centered, long-term healing homes for underage girls rescued from child sex trafficking. Help us establish a permanent place of safety, family, healing and hope.
OUR PURPOSE
After rescue, a girl needs more than a bed. She needs a home.
Big Cedar Ranch will give girls rescued from child sex trafficking a safe place to stabilize, then a long-term family home where they can heal. Each home will be led by live-in Christian houseparents, with therapy, schooling and discipleship woven into everyday life.

THE PLAN
Three properties. One path from rescue to restoration.
PHASE 1 STABILIZE
Stabilization & Healing Center
Waverly, Tennessee • approx. 87 acres
- Large existing residence plus additional buildings
- Girls stay roughly 90 days to 6 months after rescue, before long-term placement
- Near-turnkey, with required upgrades such as fire suppression
- Could open with a small group of girls and Christian houseparents while stabilization services run onsite
- Strong, welcoming community support in Waverly
Potential acquisition: about $1M–$2M. Currently marketed near $2M; we believe it may be possible for less.
PHASE 2 RESTORE
Residential Healing Ranch
Wayne County, Tennessee • approx. 285 acres
- Rolling hills, pasture, mature woods and multiple home sites
- Natural springs, year-round creeks, waterfalls and a stocked pond
- Existing utilities, fencing, barn and small residence
- 20 family-style homes, 4 girls per home, with Christian houseparents — room for about 80 girls
- Future chapel, school, healing and counseling center, recreation and support facilities
Potential acquisition: about $1.5M–$1.85M.
FUTURE EXPAND
Arkansas Big Cedar Ranch
Black Rock, Arkansas • 30 to 100 acres
- Approximately 30 acres initially
- Potentially expandable to about 100 acres
- Could become a future Arkansas Big Cedar Ranch location
Purchase cost not yet established — the property may potentially be donated.

CURRENT FUNDING NEEDS
Where your gift goes
Our first goal is to acquire one or both Tennessee properties. From there, every home built and every year of care funded means four more girls with a safe family to heal in.
| Need | Estimated cost | What it does |
|---|---|---|
| Waverly property acquisition | About $1M–$2M | Opens the initial Stabilization & Healing Center; includes required upgrades such as fire suppression |
| Wayne County property acquisition | $1.849M asking | Secures 285 acres for the long-term residential community |
| Residential home construction | About $650,000 per home | Builds one family-style home for 4 girls and Christian houseparents — 20 homes is the long-term goal |
| Annual home operations | About $250,000 per home, per year | Keeps a home running: houseparents, clinical services, education and ongoing care |
| Campus infrastructure | To be determined | School, chapel, healing center, security, roads and utilities |
| Startup staffing & care | Ongoing | Startup staffing, houseparent support, clinical services and ongoing care |
| Black Rock, Arkansas | Not yet established | Future Arkansas location; property may potentially be donated |
Figures are current estimates and property prices are subject to negotiation.
HOW YOU CAN HELP
Everyone has a part to play
You may not be able to buy a ranch. But together, we can.
🙏
Pray
Pray for the girls who will call this ranch home, for the houseparents who will love them, and for God to open the way for these properties.
❤️
Give
Healing takes years, and so does building a ranch. Make a multi-year commitment, given monthly or annually, and you give us the steady footing to acquire the properties, open the homes and keep them running. One-time gifts are welcome too.
🏡
Sponsor a Home
Individuals, families, churches, councils and businesses can underwrite a home build (about $650,000) or a year of a home’s operations (about $250,000).
🔨
Build With Us
Contractors, suppliers, engineers and tradespeople: donated materials, equipment and labor lower the cost of every home, road and utility line.
⛪
Bring It to Your Church or Group
Invite us to share the vision with your parish, congregation, Knights council, civic club or small group.
